foobar2000 controller supports now Android 2.3!! (0.4.1 version)

I've just released the 0.4.1 version which only adds support to Android 2.3.x version. Both PRO and normal are uploaded to the Market.

Solved issues:
- Application now works on 2.3.x devices

Known issues
- Test connection fails if there's no connection (only 2.3).*

*Only for users with 2.3, it's recommended starting the app when the foobar is already up.
Android 2.3 users, it's time to enjoy this brand-new version!

  1. Where the "rating" data are saved?

  2. Hi Joao.
The rating data is managed by the foo_playcount component in foobar2000. It's not stored in Android but locally in foobar2000, so you'll be able to acces the rating data from the foobar2000 itself.

  3. Ok,It stored in a SQL or in Tags? Because the Foobar2000:Components/Playback Statistics v3.x (foo playcount) says the component take over my %rating% tag data.

  4. The component Foo_playcount only install in Foobar 1.1 and above. I am still in 1.03, because its the last version which work with chronflow component. There's a way to work without this component? I am using simple %rating% in titleformat.

  5. Hi Joao,
I'm sorry, there's no other way of setting rating remotely. It's only possible through foo_playcount.
Foobar2000 is like that.. older components tend not to be backwards compatible..:/

  7. I'm planning a redesign of the UI but it'll be available in future (probably not coming earlier than 1 or 2 months..) versions.

Meanwhile, the physical volume buttons of the devices can be used to change the volume.
